Definitely most of the times we are confused between thoughts and emotions, both are important perspective of our life. Distinct in nature considerably influence the process of reasoning about something.

It involves various concepts such as planning, imagining, remembering and evaluating. In other words, we can say Thoughts are our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. What we feel and how we react reflects our emotions. Every individual experience emotions and express them in a different way as per their behavior. They evolve and provide us a better way to project ourselves in different situations.
